Aaron Loeb
CEO
Aaron has been in the games industry for over 15 years, starting with paper and pencil role-playing games and moving on to computer games in 1996. A former videogames journalist, Aaron helmed the UGO network, Next Generation Online, and Daily Radar. His publications had a reach of millions of gamers. He is an award-winning paper and pencil RPG designer and playwright. Aaron created and is Chairman Emeritus of the Game Critics Awards for the Best of E3. Aaron joined Planet Moon Studios in 2001.
Nick Bruty
Co-Founder, President, CCO
One of the co-founders of Shiny Entertainment, Nick has been in the videogames industry for over two decades. During his long partnership with Dave Perry he designed and produced art for such massive hits as Aladdin, Earthworm Jim and MDK. Before Shiny, Nick worked on over 40 SKUs across various formats including Terminator, Alien 3, and Supremacy.
Scott Guest
CTO
Starting in the early days of the Commodore 64, Scott has developed computer games, location based entertainment and has experienced the full range of low-level to high-level software development. Before joining Planet Moon at its founding, he directed the technology department at Virgin Interactive Entertainment. He has become an industry-leading expert at working with outside technology, such as licensed engines and 3rd party libraries. Scott was nominated for the “Excellence In Programming” award at the 2001 GDC.
Ellie White
Director of Operations
Ellie has been in company Operations for more than fifteen years. As the newest member of the Planet Moon Management Team, she brings to Planet Moon her experience in business management, contract negotiation, business process planning, cost control, company financials and project management. Prior to Planet Moon she spent twelve years as Director of Operations at Cedco Publishing; a calendar and gift industry publisher, and two years as General Manager for Paper Products Design; a gift company. With Ellie taking care of the studio’s day-to-day operations, the rest of the studio management can focus on developing world-class games.
